Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hushly. This policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout:

- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate
- FREE shipping on all orders $60 USD and above
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hushly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at hello@tryhushly.com with your order number. We'll make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at hello@tryhushly.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
